Job Description : Funnel Ownership
Own end to end performance of the self-serve customer funnel (homepage checkout).
Manage KPIs including sessions-to-product views conversion to shortlist cart creation average order value and unassisted revenue.
Drive experimentation (A / B testing nudging strategies) to guide the right customers at the right time.
Merchandising & Category Collaboration
Partner with merchandising and category teams to ensure optimal product assortment content and presentation.
Enable personalization and dynamic merchandising strategies.
Data Insights & Measurement
Leverage analytics and customer engagement tools (e.g. Mixpanel MoEngage) to identify drop-offs and blockers.
Build dashboards and reports to track initiative impact and funnel performance.
Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Website & App Optimization
Collaborate with Product & Design teams to improve navigation search filters PDP content and mobile-first experiences.
Champion personalization experimentation and best practices for digital commerce.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with assisted sales teams to design seamless handoff journeys where required.
Act as the liaison across Performance Marketing Product and Revenue teams to align objectives and execution.
