Responsibilities :
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on communication, customer interaction, and professional behavior.
- Design and deliver Voice & Accent (VnA) and Soft Skills training modules tailored to business needs.
- Assess participants' communication abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Develop training materials, role plays, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor trainee performance and track progress through evaluations and reports.
- Continuously update training techniques and content to align with industry standards.
Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in conducting Soft Skills and Voice & Accent (VnA) training sessions
Qualification : Graduate (Any discipline)
