IT Compliance and Security Analyst for cybersecurity

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our Compliance team. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with 1–3 years of experience who are passionate about cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance .

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in conducting internal security assessments and reviews under the guidance of senior team members.
• Learn to analyze business processes and technology solutions to assess compliance with internal security standards and industry regulations.
• Help track progress on security risk treatment plans and assist with reporting to leadership.
• Support compliance efforts for frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, including documentation and audit preparation.
• Assist in evaluating third-party vendors' security practices and help monitor remediation activities.
• Contribute to the preparation of responses to customer security questionnaires and audits.
• Support development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Participate in security awareness initiatives and help improve the overall security culture across the organization.
• Work on tools and processes to streamline repetitive security tasks and improve efficiency.
