Sr US Technical Recruiter - Remote Work

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sr US IT Recruiter to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. This is not a staffing or agency role — you’ll be a key player in building world-class product and engineering teams in-house . The focus will be on hiring full-time US Citizens for mission-critical roles across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, and Enterprise Sales . Job Title : Sr US Technical Recruiter

Duration : Full-Time

Location : Complete Remote work

Working hours : 6 : 30 PM IST to 3 : 30 AM IST

Please Note : this is an in-house, product-based hiring role — not a position with a consulting firm or implementation partner.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive full-lifecycle recruiting for full-time hires across AI, Robotics, and Sales domains — including highly specialized engineering and business roles.

Work directly with product managers, engineering leads, and leadership teams to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier US Citizens , using advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach).

Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical depth, communication skills, team fit, and work authorization.

Manage end-to-end recruitment : job postings, candidate engagement, scheduling, feedback loops, and offer negotiation.

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our product-driven, people-first culture .

Stay ahead of talent market trends in deep tech , product development, and GTM hiring to support hiring velocity and quality.

Qualifications :

Good Experience in US in-house or corporate recruitment , with a proven track record of full-time (FTE) hiring for high-growth product organizations.

Demonstrated success in hiring US Citizens for specialized roles in AI, Robotics, and Enterprise Sales .

Deep understanding of US employment practices , work authorization types, and compliance .

Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing, etc.).

Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities for niche roles — including passive candidate engagement.

Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, JobDiva, or similar.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
