Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Education Consultant / Migration Agent located in Ghaziabad. The Senior Education Consultant / Migration Agent will be responsible for providing educational consulting services, guiding students through university admissions processes, assisting with course changes, and supporting study abroad initiatives. Additionally, the role involves providing expert advice on visa options and migration processes, ensuring students receive personalized and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in guiding students through university admissions and course changes
• Strong knowledge of visa options and migration processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
