About the Role
We are hiring for a UK-based client expanding their international business development team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with global clients, researching new business opportunities, and crafting professional email conversations that open doors for the sales team.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an international company, learn modern lead generation methods, manage large-scale cold email campaigns, and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create professional, engaging, and conversion-focused email outreach communication
Build full email sequences, nurture flows, and multi-step campaigns
Run and maintain high-volume campaigns (minimum 10,000+ emails per month )
Conduct extensive research and scrape targeted leads from scratch using various tools
Build, filter, and enrich prospect lists for the sales team
Track and optimize CTR, open rates, bounce rates , reply rates and deliverability
Warm up new domains and inboxes; ensure healthy deliverability
Manage lead pipelines and outreach activity inside CRM tools
Maintain organized logs of communication patterns, tests, and campaign results
Collaborate with the UK team to schedule appointments and follow-ups
Support the setup and smooth execution of email outreach campaigns
Understand business offerings, customer pain points, and create compelling outreach scripts accordingly
Required Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Hands-on experience with lead scraping tools and enrichment platforms
Strong understanding of cold email infrastructure, including :
SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup
Inbox warm-up processes
Domain health monitoring
Ability to manage and optimize high-volume campaigns (10K+ emails / month)
Experience with outreach tools such as :
Apollo, Lusha, Smartlead, Lemlist, Instantly, Snov.io, SmartWriter, Zapier , etc.
Strong grasp of deliverability metrics : CTR, open rate, bounce rate, spam rate
Ability to write high-impact, personalized email templates and scripts
Capability to understand product, target audience, and customer pain points, and position messaging creatively in multiple angles
General Skills
Excellent written English with the ability to craft clear, confident communication
Strong research ability and curiosity to explore new business opportunities
Basic CRM usage knowledge (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain consistency in daily tasks
High attention to detail and ability to analyze patterns in outreach responses
Preferred Skill
Previous experience in lead generation, sales support, or cold outreach
Familiarity with LinkedIn and industry directories for research
Experience using email sending tools and automation systems
Experience on platforms like Upwork or other freelance marketplaces is a plus
Qualifications
Graduate degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in sales, research, lead generation, or B2B outbound communication
