Role Overview :

The Group Head - Central Media Buying will lead and oversee the centralized media buying function within our Digital Trading & Investment Desk. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing strategic media buying strategies across programmatic and direct channels, ensuring optimal efficiency, transparency, and ROI for our diverse portfolio of agency clients. The Group Head will manage and foster strong relationships with media vendors and technology partners and drive continuous improvement in our buying practices to maintain a competitive edge in the dynamic digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and articulate a negotiation strategy for the central media buying function, aligning with overall digital investment goals and client objectives.
• Identify and evaluate emerging media buying trends, technologies, and opportunities to enhance the agency's capabilities and client performance.
• Contribute to the development of agency-wide digital media strategies and best practices.
• Identify training and development needs within the team and implement programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
