Global Product Innovation Director

The Global Product Innovation Director will lead the development and launch of innovative health and beauty products, driving growth in the rapidly expanding consumer market. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in product innovation, market analysis, and team leadership.

Develop and implement a global product innovation strategy aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, formulate, and validate new products that meet regulatory standards.

Key Requirements :

Advanced degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.

15+ years of experience in executive leadership, product development, and brand growth.

Proven track record of launching global products and managing cross-border regulatory pathways.

Deep commercial understanding of North American and MENA markets.
