Key & Breakdown Maintenance :
- Develop plans and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment (e.g., mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging machines).
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Equipment & Utility Management :
Oversee the maintenance of utilities such as STP,WTP, compressors, HVAC systems, and water treatment plants.Ensure optimal performance of electrical systems, motors, PLCs, and control panels.Compliance & Safety :
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000) Environmental laws.Implement and monitor safety protocols for equipment handling and maintenance.Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process improvement and energy efficiency.Collaborate with production and quality teams to enhance equipment reliability and product quality.Lead or support engineering projects such as equipment upgrades or layout changes.Monitor equipment performance and lead root cause analysis for recurring issues. 4+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a food processing or FMCG environment.Strong knowledge of food-grade machinery and hygiene practices.Experience with PLCs, automation systems, etc is a plus.Skills Required :
