We are seeking a Real Time Workforce Management Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time performance metrics to ensure optimal staffing levels and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time staffing levels and adherence to schedules.
- Analyze call volume trends and adjust workforce accordingly.
- Generate reports on key performance metrics and provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with team leaders to optimize resource allocation and performance.
- Identify and resolve any service level issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in workforce management or related field.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Experience with workforce management software (e.g., Verint, NICE, or similar).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools.Skills Required
