Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in TSM, CSM, Now Assist, Process Integration, and Integrations . The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, enhancements, and platform support while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow development, enhancements, and application support.
- Handle incident & problem management including triage and RCA.
- Configure features across TSM, CSM, Now Assist, and related ServiceNow modules.
- Develop workflows, UI components, business rules, client / server scripts, dashboards, and notifications.
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, file transfers, etc.
- Participate in unit testing, UAT support, and deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and document solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow architecture, upgrade standards, and platform best practices.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Strong technical skills in UI policies, scripts, transform maps, business rules, PA / Reporting, ACLs, and update sets.Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, REST, SOAP.Experience with Agile / Scrum tools (Jira, Rally).ServiceNow CIS Certification – MandatoryPreferred Qualifications
Experience with HRSD tools or integrations (Workday, SAP SF, Oracle).ITIL or DevOps certification.Master’s degree (MBA / MCA / M.Tech) preferred.
