About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Core Project Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end SAP implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have pure project management experience, potentially including Scrum Master responsibilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within budget. This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle SAP projects (ECC, S / 4HANA, any functional or technical module) from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives (if Agile / Scrum is used).
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, business users, and technical teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 8+ years in SAP implementations & support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and architecture (ECC, S / 4HANA, etc.).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
