We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales expert to drive revenue growth for our portfolio of B2B trade shows. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on high-value sales, key account management, and strategic relationship building. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in exhibitions, media sales, or solution selling with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
- Own revenue targets and drive sales for assigned exhibitions and new launches.
- Identify, pitch, and close sponsorships, exhibition space sales, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare proposals for multi-event packages and long-term engagement programs for key clients
- Build and manage strong relationships with senior decision-makers across industries.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by offering upselling and cross-selling solutions.
- Lead sales review meetings with internal stakeholders and contribute to forecasting and planning processes.
- Maintain high standards of customer service pre-event, during the show, and post-event to encourage long-term loyalty.
- Provide regular market intelligence to the strategy team on pricing trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive client documentation including contracts, commitments, and service terms.
- Work closely with the production and content teams to ensure client deliverables and branding commitments are met on-ground.
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and collections to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
- Represent the brand at industry events, Roadshows, meetings, and presentations as required.
