Senior Site Engineer

Responsibilities

Supervise and execute finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling ,flooring, joinery and facade finishes.

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings , specifications and approved quality standards.

Monitor sub contractors and labour teams to ensure timely progress.

Conduct inspections and quality checks for finishing work.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and vendors for material selection and approvals.

Prepare work schedules

Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness during finishing activities.

Resolve site related issues and provide technical support when required.

Qualifications

Diploma civil / B tech civil with minimum 5 years of experience handling big commercial / residential / high rise projects.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, specification and Installation techniques.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

Good knowledge of quality control and safety practices

Strong leadership and communication skills.
