We are hiring a Brand Manager (Equivalent to GPM) for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC to drive strategic marketing initiatives and optimize brand performance in the Oncology, Vaccines, General Medicines, and Respiratory divisions. This is a mid-managerial role requiring strong brand management, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand positioning and market share.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Strategy & Execution
✅ Develop and implement product strategies to achieve brand objectives.
✅ Drive brand marketing plans and quarterly action plans to enhance brand performance.
✅ Design and execute innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with global strategies.
✅ Ensure seamless integration of multichannel marketing with the right marketing mix.
2. Market Growth & Customer Engagement
✅ Take full responsibility for market share growth and brand / category performance .
✅ Leverage customer insights to shape effective marketing strategies.
✅ Analyze business data and market trends to optimize customer engagement.
✅ Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, including global teams & third-party partners , to implement localized strategies.
3. Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration
✅ Provide tactical marketing support to the sales team , including training, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
✅ Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize brand value.
✅ Ensure compliance with marketing best practices and promotional codes .
