Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian cuisine. The CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in your specialty area. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health safety, monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins, and assisting the Sous Chef or Head Chef in the development of new dishes and menus. Other responsibilities include mentoring junior kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen inventory.
Qualifications
Proven experience in preparing South Indian cuisine
Knowledge of food hygiene and health safety regulations
Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu development
Leadership and mentoring abilities for junior kitchen staff
Organizational skills for maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
