Role Overview :
We are looking for a contractor based in India to provide 40-hours worth of marketing data
analytics support per week. As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for enabling
data-driven decision making across lifecycle management, retention, and acquisition marketing
initiatives. You will partner closely with lifecycle marketing, growth, and product teams to design
tracking, generate insights, and optimize user journeys through the funnel.
Your role will focus on analyzing customer behavior, tracking key marketing metrics, and
providing actionable recommendations to improve conversion, retention, and engagement
across channels. The role also demands AI implementations in databricks to improve overall
efficiency of analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop dashboards and automated reports tracking funnel performance, campaign
effectiveness, and cohort retention metrics.
Build scalable data transformation which can be used as a base layer for AI intiontegraTranslate business objectives into clear analytical frameworks and deliver insights thatinfluence marketing and lifecycle strategy.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines and scalablereporting structures.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations andconcise storytelling.
Core Skills Required :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data intoactionable insights.
Proficiency in databricks tool, preferred if worked on databricks previouslyExperience with SQL and Python for statistical analysis or automationExperience with Tableau for data visualizationExperience in setting up or validating marketing tracking frameworks and eventinstrumentation.
Strong communication and data storytelling skills for cross-functional collaboration.Proactive thinker & self starterFamiliarity with task management tools like Jira, Monday, etcAbility to work confidently with ambiguity, turning nebulous ideas into tangible resultsQualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, ProductAnalytics, or Customer Lifecycle analytics roles.
