Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive simulation software sales in the North region (Delhi NCR) . The role requires strong domain knowledge, proven sales acumen, and the ability to build strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end sales of ANSYS simulation solutions in the Delhi NCR region.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with engineering, R&D, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams for product demos, PoCs, and proposal support.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring timely CRM updates and reporting.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and participate in industry events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements :
3–5 years of experience in simulation software sales (preferably ANSYS, Siemens, Altair, Hexagon, or equivalent).Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the engineering / software domain.Strong understanding of CAE / FEA / Simulation workflows .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Based in or willing to work in Delhi NCR with frequent client visits.Why Join Us :
