BIM Consultant [Urgent Search]

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BIM Coordinator - ACS with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, QA / QC oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines, a proactive and professional approach to training, BIM implementation, and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
• Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
• Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and P&L objectives.
• Monitor and review project leads’ updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
• Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
• Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Singapore office, clients, and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
• Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.
• Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.
• Demonstrate experience in applying BIM across all disciplines and project domains.
