Job Description :
Responsible for handling data entry tasks within NetSuite, including processing simple transactions such as orders and credits, reviewing and releasing held orders, and entering new prospects. Additionally, the ability to manage tasks such as confirming purchase orders in external customer portals. The role requires attention to detail and accuracy. This role will work to ensure efficient processing and data management while collaborating with Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Data Entry : Accurately enter and maintain data in NetSuite.
Simple Transaction Management : Process simple transactions like sales orders and credits in NetSuite.
Held Order Review and Release : Review orders on hold and ensure they are accurate and released.
Prospect Data Entry : Enter new customers into the system as prospects, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
Portal Order Confirmations : Log in to external customer portals to confirm the receipt and status of purchase orders.
Other requests as needed.
Skills and Qualifications :
Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Microsoft 365, specifically Teams and Outlook.
Proficiency with data entry, order management, and transaction processing.
Attention to Detail : Ability to spot and correct discrepancies in data, ensuring accuracy in all entries and transactions.
Time Management : Capable of promptly handling tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Orientation : Ability to review customer data and transactions focusing on customer satisfaction.
Technical Proficiency : Comfortable navigating external customer portals such as SAP Ariba or Coupa and working with web-based tools.
