Hiring : Head of Operations – THE BARBEQUE LOUNGE | Chennai (OMR)

We’re looking for an Operations Head to lead and manage the overall operations of our vibrant THE BARBEQUE LOUNGE in Chennai – OMR.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations , ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
• Manage and mentor teams in kitchen, service, bar, and administration for optimal performance.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Monitor P&L statements , control costs, and drive profitability.
• Ensure inventory control , vendor management, and efficient supply chain operations.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall and customer engagement.
• Maintain compliance with FSSAI, excise, and safety regulations .
• Handle customer feedback and grievance resolution effectively.
• Plan and coordinate events, special menus, and theme nights to enhance guest experience.
• Report directly to the owners / management with performance insights and operational improvements.
