Job description5–10 years of hands-on experience in Cisco network environments. Required Certifications : CCNA or CCNP Strong experience with Cisco Meraki SD-WAN . Familiarity with TDM and SIP-based PBX / phone systems. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of network-related tasks. Must be available for after-hours support , including weekends and holidays. Demonstrated ability to escalate issues effectively and ensure timely resolution.
