Automation Engineer - Java / Selenium

Location Requirement : Bangalore Whitefield, Kochi

Primary Skills : Java, Selenium, BDD Cucumber, Rest Assured ,Linux, Jenkins

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, guiding them toward successful, on-time task delivery.
• Establish and enforce high standards of quality by implementing best practices and efficient testing habits.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching, mentorship, and effective guidance.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for robust and scalable testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, and manage both manual and automated testing efforts.
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Monitor, debug, and report on application performance and defects, providing clear and actionable feedback.
