We are looking for a creative and driven Senior Manager – Merchandising & Marketing to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.
Role overview :
As the Senior Manager – Merchandising & Marketing , you will support both the merchandising and marketing functions to ensure the store remains visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with the brand's creative direction. You will help curate collections, manage designer relationships, and assist in executing marketing campaigns, events, and digital content to engage our clientele.
Key responsibilities :
Merchandising :
Curating and coordinating seasonal collections from established and emerging designers
Liaise with designers for product selection, orders, deliveries, and inventory updates
Support in planning visual merchandising and store displays in alignment with brand aesthetics
Monitor product performance and assist in generating target sales.
Maintain accurate product data including pricing, sizing, and SKU management
Coordinate with the store team for replenishments, transfers, and inventory requirements.
Maintain good Relationship with all the designers in order to maintain the brand’s image and build a long healthy relationship.
Negotiate with the designer for best pricing and margins.
Marketing & Events :
Support the execution of marketing campaigns (in-store and digital) to drive brand visibility and sales
Assist with planning and coordination of in-store events, trunk shows, and designer visits
Help manage ffolio’s social media presence – content planning, scheduling, and engagement
Collaborate on email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
Coordinate with designers for getting content, lookbooks and other required details.
Track marketing performance metrics and assist with further planning.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Communication, or related field
4-6 years of experience in fashion retail, merchandising, or marketing (internship experience considered)
Strong understanding of luxury fashion and the Indian designer landscape
Proficiency in MS Excel, Canva, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), and basic photo editing tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
Passion for fashion, creativity, and attention to detail
It would be an additional benefit if you have designing and production background as well.
