Role Description

We are seeking a New Product Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Dhar. The role involves the management and execution of new product development projects from conceptualization to completion. Responsibilities include conducting R&D to ensure product innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the development of food or engineering-related products, managing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and related processes
• Knowledge of Food Technology and Food Science concepts
• Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Experience in the Food Industry is a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
