Roles & Responsibilities

Planning and Initiation :

  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify project stakeholders and ensure proper communication channels are established.

Team Leadership :

  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities.
  • Assign tasks and ensure team members are clear on their objectives and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance, support, and conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Resource Management :

  • Identify and allocate resources (people, tools, budget) needed for the project.
  • Ensure resource utilization is optimized to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitoring and Control :
  • Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Adjust project plans as needed based on progress, feedback, or changes in scope.
  • Stakeholder Communication :

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the team and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with project goals.
  • Risk and Issue Management :

  • Identify potential risks early and develop risk management plans.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution, minimizing disruption.
  • Project Delivery and Closure :

  • Ensure the project meets its objectives and is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate project handover and ensure all deliverables are completed.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned for future projects.
  • Requirements

    Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in [Industry-specific] projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Lean.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
