Data Science & Gen AI Delivery Lead - NLP / Predictive Modeling

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Science & Generative AI Delivery Lead to spearhead AI solution delivery and ensure successful implementation of cutting-edge AI and Gen AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI, with proven experience in leading and delivering AI / ML projects across industries. Experience in Data Engineering is a strong plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science and AI project execution and delivery.
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI / ML solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following : predictive modeling, NLP, Gen AI, LLM-based applications.
• Experience in Gen AI solutions including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.
