Job descriptionMinimum 2–3 years of professional editing experience. Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools (AI tools a plus). Must understand short-form editing flow (hooks, captions, pacing). Portfolio or showreel of Reels / Shorts is required for consideration. Pay range : ₹1k– ₹2k per reel, depending on quality and performance. Remote, freelance, flexible work. Payments made on a per-project basis (weekly or monthly billing). All raw files and final edits remain property of the channel. Reliable, on-time payments. Regular flow of projects if quality is consistent. Opportunity to grow into a long-term retainer role .
Pay : Competitive, ₹1k – ₹2k per reel (based on quality & complexity)
Type : Freelance / Remote / Project-based
Commitment : Flexible, project-by-project basis

I’m looking for freelance editors who can consistently deliver high-quality, 1-minute videos with strong pacing, clean captions, engaging visuals, and polished sound.
Responsibilities
- Edit 1-minute Reels / Shorts from provided raw footage.
- Add subtitles, background music, SFX, transitions, and B-roll.
- Maintain a modern, professional style suitable for a U.S. audience.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines (typically 48–72 hrs per reel).
- Apply feedback and revisions when required.
