Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project & Planning Head located in Coimbatore. The Project & Planning Head will be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordinating with various departments, managing project timelines, ensuring the adherence to budget and quality standards, and leading project teams. The individual will also be responsible for developing project strategies, identifying risks, and providing solutions, as well as ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction.

• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure quality standards
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Experience in the industrial automation and electrical solutions industry is a plus
