We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid media and SEO campaigns for North American clients.
Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to drive strong performance.
Set up and manage pixels, tags, and conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Events Manager.
Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO, and collaborate with content teams for optimization.
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA; propose data-driven improvements.
Manage Ads and other paid channels as needed for B2B clients.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent campaign messaging and creative quality.
Present campaign insights in client meetings, maintaining clear and confident communication.
Stay updated on the latest platform updates, tracking technologies, and digital marketing trends.
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and GA4 analytics.
Strong technical understanding of pixels, tags, conversion events, and attribution models.
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Confident and professional personality, capable of handling client-facing video calls.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data into strategy.
