About the Role :

Motive Technologies is looking for a Software Engineer Android who is passionate about building new Telematics capabilities and features that will serve as the data backbone that powers Motives products. We need an experienced and ambitious leader who can think architecturally articulate a compelling technical vision execute on realistic yet ambitious plans and help grow our team in India

Responsibilities :

• Define and implement a technology vision for building new product features for Telematics
• Develop a long-term product roadmap in collaboration with product teams
• Lead technical design discussions by collaborating with multiple teams including other embedded teams backend engineers product managers etc
• Mentor a diverse team of distributed yet highly productive engineers. This includes providing technical guidance as well as general coaching
