Lakkadhaara, a premium furniture & lifestyle brand, is looking for a dynamic Merchandiser / Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. If you have strong sourcing expertise, vendor management skills, and a keen eye for product development — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Source & onboard vendors, manage negotiations, sampling & costing
Coordinate with design, production & logistics teams for timely delivery
Track trends, ensure quality standards & optimize costs
Manage inventory planning and seasonal product sourcing

Requirements :

4–5 years of merchandising / sourcing experience (furniture, home décor or lifestyle preferred)

Strong vendor relations, negotiation & communication skills

Commercial acumen and trend awareness
