Corporate IT Cell is a shared service that provides technological support to the group companies.
The cell works as a business partner for our businesses and functions to provide proactive technology solutions in meeting the business strategy. The team has an impressive track record of having handled SAP implementations, international network connectivity, Integrated DC and DR implementations etc. It has also formed Group policies / guidelines on key issues like Infrastructure, Security etc.
YOUR ROLE SUMMARY
In this role you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for network and SD WAN related issues, as well as assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure. This position requires a deeper understanding of networking concepts and technologies, including the ability to diagnose complex network issues, configure network devices, and optimize network performance. The Network L2 Engineer will be responsible for handling escalated issues from the L1 team and ensuring high levels of service uptime and network efficiency.
