🧩 Role Overview
We’re looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Principal Technical Consultant — someone who understands the HRSD module deeply at the developer and architectural level , and who can translate business requirements into scalable, elegant HR Service Delivery solutions.
This role is hands on, technical, and influential. You will collaborate with business process consultants, architects, and client stakeholders while leading development and implementation efforts across complex HRSD initiatives.
💼 What You’ll Do
Lead the design, configuration, and development of HRSD solutions within the ServiceNow platformTranslate business requirements into technical architectures, data models, and workflowsBuild and customize HR Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR IntegrationsDevelop custom applications, scripting (client / server), UI policies, and automation logicIntegrate HRSD with external HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.)Conduct technical workshops, solution demos, and architecture reviewsEnsure platform performance, maintainability, and best practice alignmentMentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the teamCollaborate with multi regional teams across Europe and the U.S.🎯 Requirements
3–7 years of ServiceNow experience (HRSD focus strongly preferred)Deep understanding of the HRSD data model, configuration, and developer-level capabilitiesProficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP APIs, and platform automationHands on experience implementing HR Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, or Employee CenterAbility to translate business processes into scalable digital workflowsStrong English communication skills (client-facing role)Relevant ServiceNow certifications a strong plus :– CSA, CAD
– CIS HRSD (highly desirable)
– ITSM, ITAM, CSM, or App Engine certifications are a bonus
