Job descriptionCoordinate with engineering, design, and founders’ office to ensure task clarity and alignment. Facilitate internal syncs, notes, updates, and follow-ups. Ensure tasks are clearly assigned and completed as per timelines. Support in understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable tasks. Share updates, clarify doubts, and maintain smooth communication loops. Assist in managing expectations, timelines, and approvals. Support QA processes, UAT cycles, and internal reviews before delivery. Flag potential risks or delays and escalate appropriately. Ensure deliverables meet the required quality benchmarks. Prepare weekly progress reports and maintain updated documentation on Notion / Confluence. Track KPIs related to project timelines, efficiency, and task completion. Support senior PMs with dashboards and reporting. Project Management : Jira, GitHub Projects, Notion, Confluence Collaboration : Slack, MS Teams Prototyping / Review : Figma, Miro Reporting : Google Sheets, Glide dashboards 1–2 years of experience in Project Management , Program Coordination , or Tech Delivery Operations . Basic understanding of software development workflows, sprints, and agile execution. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and follow-up discipline. Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage environments with multiple stakeholders. Prior experience in SaaS, AI / ML, or tech projects is a plus. About the role
The L2 Project Manager role focuses on coordinating day-to-day execution, driving project timelines, and ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, design, and client-facing teams. You will support senior project leaders, manage operational workflows, track progress, and ensure that deliverables move forward efficiently. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, structured, and proactive, with a strong bias for execution.
