Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and publishing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Cloud , while leading the transition of existing Tableau assets into Power BI. This role requires strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to integrate data from multiple sources including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , Azure, AWS, Data Lakes , and Data Warehouses, to generate comprehensive and actionable dashboards for key stakeholders including senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the migration of dashboards and reports from Tableau to Power BI , ensuring functional parity and performance optimization.
• Design and build end-to-end Power BI dashboards aligned with business requirements and visualization best practices
• Connect and integrate data from various sources (including but not limited to GCP, Azure, BigQuery, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, etc.).
• Develop data models, semantic layers and perform data transformations using Power Query and DAX, and ensure data accuracy.
• Publish and maintain dashboards on Power BI Cloud with the right access control and governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights and KPIs
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues related to data connectivity, transformation, and visualization
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visual clarity in all reports.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from both Data Lakes and Data Warehouses to support reporting needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth BI migration, testing, and deployment .
