Job description

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (AI x Private Equity) for a UK-based private equity growth investor operating in stealth mode. This is a full-time remote position.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, finance, and data infrastructure, helping build the next generation of intelligent investing tools.

Experience required : 4-7 years

CTC : 30-40 LPA

Location : Remote

Time : 1 : 00 pm- 10 : 00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Type of employment : Full-time

Responsibilities

Build and iterate on full-stack web apps using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Design and manage Postgres / Supabase databases and APIs
Integrate AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into real production workflows
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and secure investor interfaces
Collaborate with founders on product architecture, execution, and technical roadmap
Operate autonomously in a high-ownership environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience (4+ years) in full-stack development with a focus on scalability and performance

Proven experience in building enterprise-grade software products

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a self-starter mindset

Energy for rapid prototyping and “vibe coding” - building first, refining fast

Preferred Experience

Experience with Python, Node.js, or AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)

Experience in fintech, data visualization, or private markets

Contributions to open-source or side projects that show creativity and curiosity
