Vice President || Securities Transformation (GPTM)

The role requires a subject matter expert in equities, fixed income, and securities settlement operations with proven experience in driving large-scale technology transformation , particularly migrations and implementations of platforms such as Broadridge GPTM .

This individual will be accountable for strategically shaping and executing the transformation roadmap for settlement operations, with a focus on straight-through processing (STP), efficiency gains, risk reduction, and enhanced client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic transformation of securities settlement operations , covering equities and fixed income.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in securities settlement and Broadridge GPTM , driving best practices across post-trade operations.
• Define and deliver a technology transformation roadmap , including system rollouts, platform modernizations, and migrations from legacy systems.
• Ensure operations transformation achieves higher STP rates, reduced manual intervention, improved efficiency, and enhanced client outcomes .
• Partner with IT, operations, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to implement scalable settlement solutions.
