SOFTSPUN MICROFIBER is one of India’s fastest-growing microfiber brands, trusted by lakhs of customers on Amazon, Flipkart, and across India. With an annual turnover of ₹35–40 crores, we are now expanding into the offline market and looking for a passionate Area Sales & Distribution Manager to lead our Delhi NCR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Appoint and manage distributors across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.

Develop dealer networks and drive product visibility at retail outlets.

Achieve monthly distributor and dealer sales targets.

Coordinate with marketing and telesales for lead generation and promotions.

Monitor stock, collections, and market activity.

Ideal Candidate

5–8 years’ experience in FMCG / consumer durables / cleaning or auto accessories.

Strong in distributor appointments, negotiations, and field sales.

Fluent in Hindi & English, willing to travel extensively.

💼 CTC : ₹8–12 LPA + incentives + travel reimbursement
