Job descriptionGuide and mentor students on career planning, interview skills, resume building, and workplace readiness. Organize pre-placement training, workshops, and mock interviews. Facilitate internships, live projects, and industry visits, mid-term projects Coordinate industry-academia interface activities such as guest lectures, seminars, and conclaves. Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Knowledge of industry trends and hiring practices. Student mentoring and counseling skills. Proficiency in placement management systems, and digital platforms. Education : Master’s degree in related field. Experience : Min 8-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations & Placements. The candidate should ideally have experience from Universities / Industry Good connection to place the students of B.B.A, B.Com. & M.Com.
