What You’ll Do

Lead the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.

Drive end-to-end app lifecycle – from requirements, coding, testing, deployment, to maintenance.

Ensure best practices in performance optimization, state management, and clean architecture .

Integrate APIs, cloud services (Firebase / AWS), and third-party libraries.

Mentor and guide junior developers , fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Stay updated with latest mobile development trends and bring innovative solutions to the team.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2–3years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.

✅ Proven track record of delivering live apps on Play Store / App Store.

✅ Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.) .

✅ Solid grasp of REST APIs, JSON, push notifications, Firebase, and cloud messaging .

✅ Good knowledge of mobile UI / UX guidelines and experience in building pixel-perfect interfaces.

✅ Familiarity with Git / version control .

✅ Problem-solver with attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have

✨ Knowledge of native Android / iOS development .

✨ Experience in team mentoring / leading small teams .

✨ Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and cloud deployments .
