Opportunity For Hardware Design Engineer

Experience : 3 to 8 years

Education qualification : B.E / B.Tech-Electronics or Relevant fields.

Skills : Hardware Design, Power Supply,Power Electronics,PCB Layout, Schematics,Altium.

Key Responsibilities :

• Electronic Design : Lead the design, analysis, and simulation of analog and digital circuits, microprocessor-based systems, and complex high-speed circuits (e.G., DDR memory, HDMI, LVDS).
• Specialized Design : Develop expertise-driven designs for low-power RF systems, battery-powered devices, and integrating electro-mechanical components such as Solenoid Valves, Motor Starters, Relays, Contactors, Breakers, and Field Wiring.
• Power System Integration : Design and integrate electronics compatible with diverse Global Power Systems, including single-phase and 3-phase systems at both 50Hz and 60Hz.
• PCB and Workflow Management : Manage the complete electronic workflow, including Schematic capture, PCB design using industry-standard software (e.G., Altium), and precise BOM Generation. Utilize DocuWare for Electronic Change Management.
• Compliance and Testing : Ensure all designs meet stringent compliance standards (e.G., UL / NEC / FCC Part 15 / CE Mark / EN 61000-6-4 / IEC 61000-3-2 / IEC 61000-3-3 / EN 61326-1 / EN 61000-6-2).
• Lab and Debugging : Perform hands-on PCB assembly, soldering, and prototype construction. Conduct PCB initial turn-up and troubleshooting using advanced hardware tools (scopes, meters, analyzers).
