🔹 Role Overview

We are hiring an Artist Management & Sales Executive who can manage artists AND drive business growth.

This role is perfect for someone who loves music + has a natural sales mindset + strong communication.

You’ll be responsible for :

Artist coordination + Show bookings + Client outreach + Lead conversions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🎵 Artist Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between artists & clients
  • Manage artist calendars, scheduling, and communication
  • Maintain artist EPKs, portfolios & brand decks
  • Coordinate logistics for gigs (travel, stay, hospitality, technical riders)
  • 💼 Sales & Business Development (Core Focus)

  • Generate leads for artist bookings, college shows, clubs, weddings, and corporate events
  • Pitch artists to event organizers, festival curators & brands
  • Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to secure bookings
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed business
  • Maintain CRM, track sales goals & monthly revenue targets
  • Build long-term relationships with agencies, venues & partners
  • Identify new markets, opportunities & collaboration verticals
  • 📣 Branding & Digital Support

  • Assist with artist content planning & social media updates
  • Coordinate with design & content teams for artist promotion
  • Research industry trends & competitor landscape
  • 🔹 Skills Required

  • Strong communication & people skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with confidence in outreach
  • Ability to negotiate deals & close clients
  • Passion for music, events, and artist ecosystems
  • Knowledge of social media + basic marketing
  • Good at CRM tools, Google Workspace & follow-ups
  • High energy, discipline, persistence, and professionalism

  • Experience in sales, events, music, or talent management
  • College fest / club show / brand-side experience
  • Understanding of the Indian live music & events market
