Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced networking expertise and a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our client's network infrastructure across a variety of environments.

As an Network Engineer, you will work closely with both junior engineers and senior technical teams to diagnose and resolve network problems, implement network changes, and perform routine maintenance and upgrades. You will serve as the highest level of escalation for NOC engineers and will be responsible for providing strategic solutions and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Advanced Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution :

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues, including Layer 2 / 3 protocols, routing, switching, security, and WAN / LAN / WLAN technologies. Handle escalated tickets from L1 / L2 engineers and ensure timely resolution.
