Job Description :
Lead testing and QA workstream - tester and defect manager to report to on project. ServiceNow official certification Experience creating test strategy for ServiceNow modules Experience building test cases for ServiceNow modules Ability to manage other resources in testing workstream.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6+ years of experience in QA / testing, with strong exposure to ServiceNow.
ServiceNow official certification.
Hands-on experience with test strategy creation and test case development for ServiceNow modules.
Experience in defect management , including using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar.
Strong leadership abilities to manage, guide, and coordinate testing teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
