We have now launched our online brand and this opening is for that.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience, Social Media & Communication Manager located in Noida. The role involves managing customer interactions, handling social media accounts, creating and disseminating press releases, and developing strategic communications plans. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, coordinating with media outlets, and overseeing all social media marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications skills, proficient in English
• Advanced knowledge of AI tools to create Social Media Posts is a MUST
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing especially WhatsApp and Instagram
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the home décor or furnishing industry is a plus
• Ability to coordinate with back-end teams at the Store to update consumers about order status
• Ability to sell new products via 1 : 1 WhatsApp chats
