Experience : 5-10 years

Mode of interview : Walk-in

Location : Module-4, 3rd Floor South Block, Chennai One It Sez Phase-2, 200 Feet Radial Rd, inner, ring road, MCN Nagar Extension, Pallavaram, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency) :

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development (front-end and back-end) and solid understanding of key principles.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and web language knowledge (mandatory : React & NodeJS / appreciated : Typescript).
  • Strong database design skills (UML schema, SQL queries design)
  • Experience with client / server communication protocols (HTTP Rest, WebSocket, messages bus
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

  • Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code while ensuring high code quality through testing and debugging.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and provide innovative ideas for continuous improvement of solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to our projects where relevant.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Document software designs, coding procedures, and project-related information.
