Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, video, and emerging channelsConduct deep data analysis to uncover insights, opportunities, and high-impact optimizationsBuild full-funnel frameworks that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retentionOversee campaign planning, execution, testing, and optimization with precision and creativityPartner with analytics, creative, and brand teams to ensure coherent storytelling and seamless customer journeysEstablish clear metrics, performance dashboards, and reporting structuresMonitor market trends, platform changes, and competitive movements to inform future strategyGuide experimentation initiatives to test new audiences, creatives, bidding models, and channel combinationsManage budgets, pacing, and forecasts with accountability and strategic foresightRequired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in performance marketing with demonstrable achievements across multiple channelsStrong analytical capability — able to interpret complex data sets and turn them into actionable strategyExcellent communication — clear, compelling, and grounded in logic and insightA self-driven, structured working style suited to a remote environmentExpertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and measurement toolsIntegrity, curiosity, and genuine respect for thoughtful digital craftsmanshipPreferred Experience (Not Required, but Meaningful)
