HR Engagement Specialist
Location : Vadodara, India | Full-Time | On-site
About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented HR Engagement Specialist to design and execute programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening employee relationships, driving engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive and high-performing work environment within our Vadodara operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities such as events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Partner with leadership and HR teams to assess employee engagement trends and recommend improvement strategies.
Support onboarding and orientation programs to help new hires integrate successfully into the company culture.
Manage employee communications , surveys, and feedback channels to ensure open and transparent dialogue across all teams.
Coordinate with internal departments to promote employee participation in company-wide programs and CSR initiatives.
Assist in developing and implementing retention and recognition strategies that align with company goals.
Support HR compliance and documentation related to engagement programs, attendance, and participation.
Provide support in grievance handling and foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Contribute to the development of a positive employer brand through employee storytelling, internal campaigns, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee relations, or organizational development.
Experience in a BPO or corporate environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and event management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging and meaningful employee experiences.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS / engagement tools.
