Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting performance management, facilitating employee training programs, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to organizational development initiatives. Collaboration with leadership to support organizational goals and drive employee engagement will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning.

Experience with HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Law Regulations.

Skills in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution.

Ability to develop and deliver Corporate Trainings and Employee Development Programs.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

MBA or HR certificationis a plus.

Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is advantageous.
